FIU at Middle Tennessee Football Game on Nov. 9 to be Broadcast on Fox College Sports

IRVING, Texas (June 12, 2013) – The FIU football game versus the Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders set for Saturday, Nov. 9, and will air on Fox College Sports, Conference USA announced today. Game time is set for 4:00 p.m. ET.

The Nov. 9 contest marks the sixth televised game as part of the league’s current TV agreements and seventh overall.

FIU fans have a good possibility in seeing five of FIU’s first six games, and eight overall regular season games, televised in 2013 as non-conference opponent Louisville (American Athletic Conference) is still finalizing home television arrangements.

FOX College Sports (FCS) offers three nationally distributed college sports networks - FCS Pacific, FCS Central and FCS Atlantic. The three networks combine to telecast more than 1,100 live NCAA events annually. FCS is seen by viewers in the nation's 25 largest cities, including New York, Los Angeles and Chicago, San Francisco, Dallas and Atlanta, Houston, Seattle, Minneapolis and Tampa. Key distribution partners include Comcast, Time Warner Cable, Charter Communications, Cox Communications, Cablevision Systems, Verizon FiOS, AT&T U-Verse, Mediacom Communications, and Cable One. FCS is also available on satellite through DirecTV.

The addition of the 10 games on FOX College Sports give C-USA more than 80 football games guaranteed to be televised this fall. Additional Conference USA football television exposures remain a possibility and games will be released as soon as they are finalized.
