The 2013 FIU baseball schedule is finally out. The Panthers will play a 55-game schedule, including 37 home games at the FIU ballpark.

All of FIU's non-conference three-game series will be played at home this season against some of college baseball's perennial powers.

FIU opens the season with an 11-game homestand. It all begins Feb. 15 against College World Series participant Stony Brook with a three-game weekend set.

In the 11-game season opening homestand, FIU also hosts Manhattan (Feb. 22-24), Texas Tech (Feb. 25-26) and Ole Miss (Mar. 1-3) with the series against the Red Raiders being a two-game tilt on a Monday night and a Tuesday afternoon.

College baseball powerhouse and future Conference USA rival, Rice visits FIU for a three-game series, Mar. 8-10.

FIU starts its final season of Sun Belt Conference play by traveling to Boca Raton to take on Florida Atlantic in a three-game series (Mar. 15-17). Arkansas State visits the FIU ballpark for the Panthers first home conference series (Mar. 29-31).

FIU ends regular season play against FAU at the FIU ballpark (May 16-18). The 2013 Sun Belt Conference Tournament is in Lafayette, La. (May 21-26).
